These are great online deals, both amazon deals are just online discounts and the first link is a great printable coupon you can take to the store. I am still noticing a larger savings in store then online unless you buy bulk items, so i recommend the first link. The great thing about these coupons is you don’t have to sign up for anything you can simply print the coupon and go. I will be posting a few more reviews and coupons later on this week but as of right now these are the hot deals online. Windex dates back to 1933, when it was invented by Erich Drafahl. The original Windex had to be sold in metal cans and was highly combustible, but it was reformulated after its first decade, and the formula has continued to be tweaked into the product we know and use today. The product Windex is today manufactured by S.C. Johnson and Son, which acquired it in 1993. Since the invention of Windex, many generic knockoffs and imitators have also been made available.

Windex is generally the top choice for cleaning windows or glass surfaces, because the ammonia and other ingredients enable Windex to clean glass without leaving visible streaks. A standard cleaner used on glass can make the glass clean, but when it dries; streaks will remain where the cloth was used to wipe the glass.

The product also contains smaller amounts of alcohol, as well as detergents for added effectiveness and solvents for stability. Some products also contain fragrances. Windex, many generic knockoffs and imitators have also been made available. The term “Windex” is sometimes used generically to refer to any type of glass-cleaning product.

Windex Original Glass Cleaner advertises that you can clean glass surfaces without streaks, and for the most part, that is pretty true. Windex is a classic, well respected glass cleaner that can be used on just about any surface.

I use it on glass tables, mirrors, windows, and countertops and it works great and it works quickly. I believe that with cleaning products you get what you pay for and I’m willing to pay for quality products. After using several generic brands of window cleaner, nothing can be compared to Windex Original glass cleaner. You can easily tell the difference from the way your paper towel glides over the surface.  With other window cleaners they feel “tacky” and stickier than Windex and a lot harder to use.

There are just so many things you can use Windex glass cleaner on. Not only can you clean your mirrors, windows, you can clean small appliances, television screens, computer screens, sink handles, car windows and mirrors, and a dozen other items in and around your home. I know each time I use Windex original glass cleaner there is not going to be streaks or smudges and there is going to be a fresh scent in each room I use it, it gives a fresh clean feeling.

Other brands may look like Windex but with one use you will certainly be able to tell the difference in the two. The only con is that it is pricier than off brands but I will always buy Windex and will pay more for the quality of this product. J
